HERE IS HOW TO MAKE YOUR BOOKING:
Choose the type and location of your women yoga fusion adventure or training program. Provide the details of the available dates for Sailing for Women, Paddling for Women, Fishing for Women, Surfing for Women and Yoga for Women Adventures / Trainings in Canada, Belize, Baja, Mexico, India, Thailand, British Virgin Islands or any new location that we have posted.. PLEASE NOTE: We recommend that you purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance (TCI) & appropriate Medical Insurance.

To make your booking please send an email indicating which program, along with date and location you wish to reserve your space. Please also provide your name, mailing address, telephone, email and date of birth.
We recommend you BOOK EARLY to reserve your space as spaces fill quickly.
Our ideal method of payment is by direct deposit to either our CDN / USD accounts, internet banking money transfer or if you are sending funds in CDN it can be with a cheque. If payment is coming from the USA it can be by an international money order or certified check (payable to HERIZEN™ Life Adventures International Inc.) and finally only if you have to, we can take a credit card either VISA or Master Card.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT DETAILS:
All values are in Canadian (CDN) or USD as indicated for the individual program.
If you are booking 60 days before program start we will require a 50% non-refundable deposit payment and if booking within 60 days of program start date we require a full non refundable payment to reserve your space.
The non refundable deposit payment is 50% of the base value plus applicable taxes. GST (5% Goods and Services Tax for Canadian Programs only).

Send a Canadian cheque or if from the USD we prefer an International money order or a Certified bank draft

Only if you have to we can take a credit card. Our credit card merchant account is in CDN funds only. We take VISA or Mastercard.

OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All Cancellations or Transfers must be received in writing. All women eco-adventure/ training program/ /certification payments are non-refundable.
Transfers: The deposit payment is transferable to another women adventure / training experience course (within the same experience for example sailing to sailing) date upon receipt of written notice and notice of change is 60 days or more prior to the date of your adventure program or your women adventure time slot is rebooked. Only in Canada. Based on availability and has to be used within 12 months. Service and admin fees apply.
Cancellations: All payments are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, upon receipt of written notice of cancellation, the balance payment, due 60 days prior to the start of your women adventure or training program date may be applied to a future adventure training (transfer / admin fees apply). For cancellation less than 60 days prior to the women adventure or training program date all payments are non-refundable.
Travel Insurance: We recommend all clients purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance (TCI) to protect your investment in case you cancel your trip in the event that you become unwell and are not able to attend or there is a delay or interruption during the trip. You will be required to sign a Trip Cancellation Insurance Waiver Form.
Cancelled Trips: HERIZEN™ Life Adventures International Inc. reserves the right to change the itinerary, sail plan, equipment size, or cancel any progam based on Acts of God, weather, in-adequate sign up or unforeseen challenges. In such cases we will offer either a transfer to another comparable trip or a credit towards a future trip. The Customer is 100% responsible for any other trip preparation expenses, airline tickets and fees, accommodation charges, fees or charges, gratuities, medical expenses, land transportation, meals, insurance of any kind or equipment purchases.
Trip Delay or Interruption: HERIZEN™ Life Adventures International Inc. reserves the right to change the itinerary or prevent the commencement of any program based on Acts of God, unsafe weather conditions or unforeseen challenges. This would be the case if such events were unsafe for our Leaders and Guests departing with boats or during other adventure programs. In such cases all funds are non -refundable. The customer is 100% responsible for all travel and trip preparation expenses and any other costs related to the trip being delayed / interrupted such as airfares, accommodation charges, transportation of any kind, telephone, internet, insurance of any kind, cancellation or rebooking fees, medical services, meals and gratuities.
Transportation Services: HERIZEN™ Life Adventures International Inc. acts only as an agent in all matters relating to services such as taxi, ground transportation, airport transport, hotel or boat charters, ferries and shore excursions. The Customer assumes liability for any actions or defaults of any individual organization with who such arrangements are made.
Medical: Our women adventure guides, training instructors are trained in First Aid and CPR. We carry a VHF radio and or cell phones so help can be summoned in an emergency. Participants are encouraged to purchase adequate medical insurance coverage. The participant assumes full responsibility regarding provision cost of medical care or evacuation. Certain medical conditions will require a written doctor's permission prior to participation.
We request that all participants consult with a local travel clinic for recommendations on health immunizations for travel outside your own country. We also recommend a recent Tetanus immunization. The customer is 100% responsible for all medical services and medical evacuations if required during any of the program trips. Clients are required to complete and submit 30 days before program start, both a Personal Data and a Medical Form to be submitted to our office or by email.
Liability: A participant Disclosure and Liability Release Agreement will be provided. Each customer is required to read, review and sign along with a witness and is to be provided 30 days in advance of the trip start date. Participation can only take place once the signed document has been submitted to our office or by email.
