TERMS AND CONDTIIONS:  Please note that all payments are non-refundable. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and is non-refundable.  The balance payment is due 60 days prior to the commencement of your training / adventure program and is non–refundable.  All Cancellations or Transfers must be received in writing either by email or regular post.  

TRANSFERS:  The deposit payment is transferable to another training / adventure program with receipt of written notice and notice of change is 90 days or more prior to your training / adventure program or your training / adventure program slot time is re-booked and another client takes the original space.  Based on availability and has to be used within 12 months in Canada only.  A $200.00 USD / CDN service charge applies to all re-scheduled training / adventure programs.

CANCELLATIONS: All payments are non-refundable.  In the event of cancellation, upon receipt of written notice of cancellation (either by email or regular post), the balance payment due 60 days prior to the start of your training / adventure program may be applied to a future training / adventure program at the same value and only if space is available. (transfer / admin fees apply). Must be used within one year from the original training / adventure start date.  For cancellation less than 60 days prior to the training / adventure program start date, all payments are non-refundable and non transferable.

TRAVEL INSURANCE WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT ALL CLIENTS PURCHASE TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE to protect your investment in case you cancel your training / adventure program in the event that you become un-well, or your training / adventure program is delayed / interrupted or cancelled.  This insurance is to be purchased at the time of booking.   Please note:  All funds are non-refundable.   You are required to sign a Travel Insurance Waiver Form indicating that you are aware that your trip is non refundable and is not transferable to any other programs if you cancel because of sudden un-wellness or because of a training / adventure program delay or interruption. 

CANCELLED PROGRAMS:  HERIZEN™ Life Adventures International Inc., reserves the right to change the itinerary, advertised instructors / coaches or cancel any training / adventure program based on Acts of God, weather, in-adequate sign up or unforeseen challenges.  In such cases, we will offer a transfer to another training / adventure program of equivalent value if space permits and is to be used within one year from the date of original training / adventure start date. 

The Customer is fully responsible for all travel and training / adventure program preparation expenses outside what is included in the value of the training / adventure program; including airline tickets, accommodation, fees or charges, gratuities, medical expenses, land transportation, meals, insurance of any kind, credit card charges and currency exchange fees, gratuity, clothing or equipment purchases.

DELAYED OR INTERRUPTED PROGRAMS: HERIZEN™ Life Adventures International Inc., reserves the right to change the itinerary, advertised instructors, coaches, locations, equipment or prevent the commencement of the training / adventure program based on Acts of God, unsafe weather conditions or unforeseen challenges.  This would be the case if such events were unsafe for whatever reason  In such cases all funds are non refundable.  The customer is fully responsible for all travel and training / adventure preparation expenses and any other costs related to this training / adventure program being delayed / interrupted or cancelled; such as airfares, hotels, transportation of any kind, telephone, Internet, insurance or any kind, cancellation or rebooking fees, credit card fees and currency exchange fees, medical services, any meals and gratuities.  The training / adventure program payment is non transferable to any other training / adventure program.

TRANSPORTATION SERVICES:  HERIZEN™ Life Adventures International Inc., acts only in all matters related to services such as taxi, ground transportation, airport or buses, ferries, shuttles, shore excursions and all other transportation requirements. The Customer is fully responsible for liability for any actions or defaults of any individual organization with who such arrangements are made.

MEDICAL:  HERIZEN™ Life Adventures International Inc., instructors, teachers, coaches are trained in First Aid and CPR. They will carry a cell phone or marine radio so help can be summoned in an emergency.  Participants are encouraged to purchase adequate medical insurance coverage. The Customer is fully responsible for any provision cost of medical care or evacuation.  Certain medical conditions will require a written doctor's permission prior to participation.

We request that all participants consult with your local travel clinic for recommendations on health immunizations for travel outside your own country.  We also recommend a recent Tetanus immunization.  The customer is fully responsible for all medical services and or medical evacuations if required during this training / adventure program.

LIABILITY:  An Assumption of Risk / Liability Release Form and Release of Liability Form will be provided.  You are required to read, review and sign along with a witness and is to be sent via email or postal upon your completed registration. You may only participate in the training / adventure program if these forms has been reviewed, signed. and submitted upon your completed registration. These forms are attached with your training / adventure program preparation information.
