HERIZEN™ Sailing for Women offers an exotic Thailand Sailing for Women Adventure including women sail training, self- awareness & Yoga Fusion experiences. Confidently take the helm of our 41 foot mono hull sailing yacht and sail exotic islands, enjoy a Thai massage and tasty fresh Thai foods, gain calmness and clarity by learning the Heart Based Meditation Technique, increase flexability and strength through morning Yoga & Qi Gong Fusion classes, learn ancient Ayurvedic cooking techniques for improved digestion and assimulation using fresh tasty market ingredients for increased energy and vitality.
Fly to Phuket, Thailand where you will board the 41 foot mono hull sailing vessel. Our Women Sailing Thailand Yoga Adventure commences from the Yacht Haven Marina and we set sail for the lovely southern Andaman Islands and if weather permits reaching the Malasia boarder area where the only inhabitated island in this area is Ko Lipe and is the closest to the border. It is part of the Tarutao National Marine Park. Ko Lipe is a small Thai island and has beautiful beaches surrounded by pristine corral reefs and home of the Moken Sea Gypsies who have lived off the sea for thousands of years. The waters are clear for wonderful snorkelling, the sandy beaches are very white and this area is rated one of the top 10 places to visit in the world.
Our journey will take us from Phuket to the fabulous Phang Nga Bay, Krabi and Phi Phi Don/ Lei islands, together they form an area of about 500 square miles. Here we will find sheltered sailing, beautiful beaches, special hidden hong caves, more gypsy villages and meet my friend Dila the Queen of the Gypsy, jungle hikes, elephants and delicious Thai massage and fresh food. The entire area is dotted with impressive lime stone formations, honeycombed with caves and fringed by mangroves.
We will continue to explore some of the most beautiful tropical islands of the Andaman Sea. Elephant rides on Ko Lanta, swim into the Emerald Cave at Ko Muk, Phi Phi Lei “The Beach Yoga with morning chocolate crossaint” and snorkeling at the colourful reefs at Ko Rok Nok.
