HERIZEN™ Sailing for Women offers personalized women sailing and self -awareness training in the French West Indies. Guadeloupe and the surrounding islands are known by the Caribs as Karukera or as Pretty Waters. The beautiful lush and tropical islands have something for every women sailor.

French West Indies women sailing and self-awareness conditions are excellent, with predictable Caribbean trade winds ranging from 15 to 25 knots. Spectacular warm, clear blue waters for snorkeling, sailing and the hiking in the lush rainforest ares of Dominica are like going back in time.

The French West Indies is also a melting pot of cultural influences, Guadeloupe for example is home to a vibrant and diverse local scene. The culinary, musical and artistic flavors of France, India, Africa and of course the Caribbean all link together in Guadeloupe and the surrounding islands to form a colourful tapastry of sights and sounds.
