$250 USD/$300 CDN per two hour session.
Or by the 8 hour day at $450 USD/$550 CDN per day.

Sail Training / Coaching with founder of HERIZEN™ Life Adventures, Valma Shakti (Brenton).  Sessions are payable by the session- Sessions are 2 hours each.
If booking more than 4 days the rate goes to $365 USD per day.  (travel, lodging and food expenses are additional.)

A sailing / boating captain for over 43 years, Valma offers Sail Canada Certification at Basic, Intermediate and Advanced Levels.  Valma has bare boat yacht chartered in Canada, East Coast USA, Mexico, Belize, Bahamas, Greece, Thailand, Malaysia for over 18 years.   She can help you sail your own vessel, charter vessels in many locations in the world and or just tune up your existing skills to build confidence and have fun.  Valma works with women of all ages and couples too.
One-on-one sail coaching is available for individuals, couples and families who want to improve sailing skills and build their confidence on the water.

Valma is a holistic practitioner,  transformational trainer and intuitive, Valma has a varied background in the healing arts as well as experience with international start up companies. Valma has always lived large and continues to offer leadership training, sailing, walking and spiritual adventures through HERIZEN™ Life Adventures International Inc. In addition, through HERIZEN™ Yoga for Women, she holds International Yoga Teacher Trainings, Ayurveda / Astrology / Palmistry workshops and Spiritual Awareness Journeys around the world in nature.
