Held over two weekends via Zoom. Assignments in the week in between.

6:30 AM to 7:30 AM: Morning Aarti, Meditation, Mantra, warm ups, morning yoga practice

7:30 AM - 8:30 AM: Morning Ojas drink, nourishment, journal & confidence through Tarot

9:30 AM to 11:30 AM: Teacher Practice & Hands on skill building
