Choose the type and location of your women adventure or training program. Provide the details of the available dates for Sailing for Women, Paddling for Women, Riding for Women, Fishing for Women, Surfing for Women, Yoga for Women, Wilderness Adventures for Women, in Canada, Belize, Mexico and or the Virgin Islands. Decide if you wish to purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance (TCI) & or Medical Insurance.

E-mail, telephone, or write to HERIZEN™ Life Adventures International Inc. and reserve your women adventure or training program, location and dates, giving your full name, address, telephone numbers (home and work), fax number, and e-mail address. We require your date of birth if you are purchasing Trip Cancellation Insurance & Medical Insurance.
We recommend you BOOK EARLY to reserve your space.
Pay your deposit payment (and TCI, if applicable) by cheque, direct bank deposit, bank draft international money order (payable to HERIZEN™ Life Adventures International Inc.) or use VISA or MasterCard.

Deposits & Payment Details
All values are in Canadian dollars for Canadian Adventure programs and USD for all women adventures and trainings outside of Canada.
A 50% non-refundable deposit payment is required to reserve your space.
The deposit payment is 50% of the base price plus applicable taxes. GST (5% Goods and Services Tax for Canadian Programs only).
VISA and MasterCard are accepted for all women adventures and training programs in CDN. All women adventures and trainings outside of Canada are in USD values and can be paid directly to our US bank account, send a US International Money Order, US check, wire transfer, email money via internet banking. Credit payment available by paying in CDN at the exchange rate for USD.

Terms and Conditions
All Cancellations or Transfers must be received in writing. All women adventure program payments are non-refundable.
Transfers: The deposit payment is transferable to another women adventure experience course (within the same experience for example sailing to sailing) date upon receipt of written notice and notice of change is 60 days or more prior to the date of your adventure program or your women adventure time slot is rebooked. Only in Canada. Based on availability and has to be used within 12 months. Service and admin fees apply.
Cancellations: All payments are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, upon receipt of written notice of cancellation, the balance payment, due 60 days prior to the start of your women adventure or training program date may be applied to a future adventure training (transfer / admin fees apply). For cancellation less than 60 days prior to the women adventure or training program date all payments are non-refundable.
Travel Insurance: As part of your trip package you will receive an option to purchase trip cancellation insurance. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your investment in case you cancel your trip in the event that you become unwell.
Canceled Trips: HERIZEN™ Life Adventures International Inc. reserves the right to change an itinerary or cancel any adventure trip / training program based on Acts of God, weather, inadequate sign up, or any unforseen events. In such cases we will offer either a transfer to another comparable trip or a credit towards a future trip. The Customer is 100% responsible for any other trip preparation expenses, airline tickets and fees, hotel charges, gratuities, medical expenses or equipment purchases.
Transportation Services: HERIZEN™ Life Adventures International Inc. acts only as an agent in all matters relating to services such as taxi, ground transportation, airport transport, hotel or boat charters, ferries. The Customer assumes liability for any actions or defaults of any individual organization with who such arrangements are made.
Medical: Our women adventure guides, training instructors are trained in First Aid and CPR. We carry a VHF radio and or cell phones so help can be summoned in an emergency. Participants are encouraged to purchase adequate medical insurance coverage. The participant assumes full responsibility regarding provision cost of medical care or evacuation. Certain medical conditions will require a written doctor's permission prior to participation.
Liability: A participant agreement, release and assumption of risk form must be reviewed and signed by all participants and returned to our office prior to each women adventure or women training program. Participation can only take place once the signed document has been submitted to our office.
