The coast of Belize offers exhilarating sailing for women through brilliant turquoise waters that are protected by one of the world’s largest continuous barrier reefs.  

Belize Sailng & Yoga Fusion adventures for women include personalized sail training, Yoga and Self-awareness experiences in excellent tropical conditions,  with predictable easterly trade winds ranging from 15 to 22 knots. Spectacular snorkeling is found inside the reef, there are countless cays for walks, swimming, yoga, snorkeling, fishing, lunchtime and overnight stops and the distance between islands is relatively short.
